#Profile

As Jira and Confluence Administrator at Anexia, you and your team are responsible for the further development of the collaboration and project management tools Jira and Confluence.

In addition to supporting key users from various departments, your focus will be on operation, maintenance and support of the tools. Ongoing optimisations based on business process and requirement analyses, which you carry out together with the departments and the process owners, as well as their implementation are further focal points of this position. To complement your multifaceted tasks, you will create training materials for our Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) and lead corresponding trainings for our employees.

Completed education
Experience in working with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
Strong analytical skills and conscientious, goal- and process-oriented approach to work
High degree of initiative, willingness to learn and commitment
Strong communication skills and cross-functional mindset
Process and quality affinity
Programming and/or database knowledge is an advantage
Very good knowledge of German and English
